In order to be eligible for the internship, you need to meet the following criteria:
18-34 years oldCandidate is defined in accordance with the BBBEE definitionSouth African citizenUnemployedHas not completed a Yes4Youth program previously.Your primary function will be to support the Project Management Team who plan and coordinate the activities of all Digital Signage installations across all Company.

Duties & Responsibilities:
General:
Answering of the telephone, screening calls, etc.Deal with general queries and assist where neededLiaising with couriers (i.e. arrange for collection/ following up on parcels sent)Following all company procedures related to your positionManaging the Purchasing Order Process: Obtain quotes from suppliers when stock is needed;Following up on outstanding quotes;Placing orders once quotes and order forms have been signed off.Submitting documentation to Accounts for payment, following up and confirming all payments.Project Administration: Assisting with project administration.Creating timelines and schedules for installations.Stock planning and orderingCreating project plans and sheets on MagneticManaging all project related subsistence, travel and accommodation Ensuring serial numbers and other information is recorded per installationKeeping the asset register up to dateFollowing all Project Administration dutiesDealing with All Suppliers that HOD has relationships with, this includes:Keeping latest stock and pricing up to date (weekly)Liaising with suppliers with regards to shipments, deliveries, issues and,Anything else required which falls within supplier chain management.Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to work.Poses a sense of urgency and maintains stress awareness/management.Poses a strong work ethic and team player mentality.Ability to work independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive and accountable.Attention to detail is pivotal.Desired Experience & Qualification: Strong basic computer and application skillsPackage & Remuneration: Basic Salary – R6,000.00 per month.
