Project Administrator

Position: Project Administrator - Payroll, Wages, and Costing Analytics Location: Montague Gardens, Western Cape Reporting Line: Senior Project Manager Software Skills: MS Office Suite (MS Excel is Compulsory) Minimum Qualifications: Matric Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering or related fields would be advantageous Minimum 3-4 years related experience in the building and construction industry Roles and Responsibilities: Manage project payroll, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting Analyze wages and costing data to identify trends and areas for improvement Develop and maintain project cost models and forecasts Track and report on project expenses, ensuring compliance with budget and company policies Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll and costing data Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support project and business decisions
