Seeking a Project Administrator for a contract position based inAthlone, Cape Town. 6-months contract position until31 December 2024 with a view to establish a longer-term relationship with the Company Immediate start Salary R15 000 - R25 000 CTC...Required Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. Proven track record in delivering high-quality programs/projects. Able to display exceptionally strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Able to develop and maintain long-term relationships with all members of the team. Ability to present to project manager to gain approvals. Passionate about solving complex challenges within aggressive timelines. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects and other relevant software platforms. Expedite various elements of the project to meet budget & time constraints. Preferred Education: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project administration or related role, preferably in the EPC industry. Proficiency in document control systems and project management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
