Qualifications and ExperienceBachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.1-3 years of experience in project administration or related roles.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools preferred.Skills and CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Additional RequirementsRelevant certifications in project administration or management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) preferred.Willingness to work flexible hours.Ability to work collaboratively while managing individual responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Assist project managers with documentation, meeting coordination, and lifecycle support.Project Tracking: Maintain project tracking systems, prepare status reports, and ensure documentation accessibility.Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and updates.Risk Management: Support in identifying and monitoring project risks, maintaining a risk register.Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with project management processes and support quality assurance of deliverables.Training and Support: Guide project teams on administrative processes and assist in onboarding.Contract DetailsPrimarily based in Tshwane, with flexibility to engage with various departments.
