PROCSA agreements: Receive the completed excel sheet from the relevant project manager and programme managers to enable the creation of the PROCSA agreement online. Create the PROCSA's utilizing the completed excel sheet template. Develop PROCSA contracts on behalf of the programme managers. Track the receipt of PROCSA agreements in line with deadlines provided when issued.  Property division procurement committee: Responsible for full secretariat support for the property division procurement committee meeting which includes, but is not limited to: Setting up monthly meetings. Requesting agenda topics in advance of the meeting. Develop the agenda, attendance register and standard presentation in advance of the meeting. Take notes and compile minutes of the meeting. Meeting minutes are to be distributed no later than two weeks after the meeting.  Tender openings: Scheduling tender openings Make sure that the tender is closed on time. Recording of tender values and submitting same to relevant professional and RPM Dispatching of the tender documents to the relevant professional where applicable  Education: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualification MUST - Property experience Project management related certificate or qualification Experience in project administration or construction Experience with PPO or project management related software The ideal candidate needs to very important must have a little bit of a legal back ground with regards to contract management
