Project Administrator

Job DescriptionAssist with queries and cost monitoring by reconciling invoices with payments and ensuring required purchase orders are processed.The Project Administrator provides supervised general administrative assistance to Project Management teams regarding project support.Create and maintain all project portals and folders.Compile and update the active project list on a weekly basis for the relevant stakeholders.Provide general administrative support, coordination of meetings with a variety of stakeholders, including vendors and managers.Assist with the allocation of project resources if required.Ensure that closure checklists are maintained for projects that are requested to be closed and archived.Other ad-hoc functions associated with project finance administration.Skills and ExperienceAdvanced Excel knowledge.SAP experience.Advanced experience on MS Office Suite.Meticulous attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Service-oriented aptitude.Fundamental understanding of business and project processes, structure, and control requirements.Academic Qualifications and Certifications:Relevant project management certifications or equivalent related work experience.Join Us: We would love to hear from you.
