Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support their project management team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, providing administrative support, and coordinating project activities to achieve successful outcomes.ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely delivery.Documentation Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.Communication: Act as a point of contact between the project team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and preparing financial reports.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Meeting Support: Organize and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Resource Allocation: Assist in the allocation and management of project resources, including staff and materials.Key SkillsOrganization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the clearing and forwarding industry or logistics sector is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project administration or a similar role.QualificationsEducation: A diploma or degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Certifications: Relevant project management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are advantageous.
