Position: Project Administrator - Payroll, Wages, and Costing
Analytics

Location: Montague Gardens, Western Cape

Reporting Line: Senior Project Manager

Software Skills: MS Office Suite (MS Excel is Compulsory)

Minimum Qualifications:

MatricCertificate/Diploma or Degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering or related fields would be advantageousMinimum 3-4 years related experience in the building and construction industryRoles and Responsibilities:
Manage project payroll, including data entry, reconciliation, and reportingAnalyze wages and costing data to identify trends and areas for improvementDevelop and maintain project cost models and forecastsTrack and report on project expenses, ensuring compliance with budget and company policiesCollaborate with the Senior Project Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll and costing dataIdentify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errorsDevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyProvide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support project and business decisions
