Mission: To obtain experiential learning through a structured 12 month programme applicable to the field of Metallurgical Engineering and Project Management. 
Responsibilities: Ensure that task related SOPs & checklists are adhered to at all timesEnsure that proper documentation is used applicable to task at handAssist line manager with major and minor projects to be detailed in objectivesCompile weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as stipulated by line managerEnsure adherence to all company health & safety practices and proceduresMetallurgical and/or refractory investigations  and interpretation of resultsImplementation of investigation recommendationRequirements: Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering or Operations ManagementRequiring P1/P2 experience to obtain a qualificationNo previous internship experienceBasic level competency in excel, word & powerpointStrong verbal and written English communicationA second language suitable to the location of the site is an advantage
