Job DescriptionProvide administrative support to the Project Manager and the project team. Maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication records. Assist with meeting coordination, reporting, and project logistics.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.3+ years of experience in project administration, preferably in IT or ERP projects.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.Additional RequirementsMatric and diploma/degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.3-5 years' experience administering an ERP system.Experience with ERP Systems advantageous.Experience in report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous.Must have experience managing projects, setting up, and deploying information systems.Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous.Key CompetenciesComputer literate.Proficient in Excel.Knowledge of ERP systems.Skills and AbilitiesGood understanding of business processes and documentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
