This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of our investment cohorts, the effective training of our fellows, and the development of strategic partnerships with investors, corporates, and governmental organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, partnership development, and a passion for impact investing and venture building. Alternatively, an appetite and willingness to learn can be considered in the place of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities1. Program Management:Lead and manage the execution of our investment cohorts, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs.Monitor and evaluate the progress of portfolio companies, providing support and resources as needed.Develop and implement frameworks for tracking and measuring the success of our cohorts and training programs.2. Training and Development:Manage our training programs for our venture building fellows, supporting and helping them become successful venture builders.Collaborate with educational institutions and industry experts to enhance our training curriculum.Provide ongoing mentorship and support to fellows, fostering their professional growth and development.3. Partnership Development:Identify and establish strategic partnerships with investors, corporates, and governmental organizations to drive growth for our portfolio companies and the organization.Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with our mission.Create partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and manage partnership agreements.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build visibility and foster relationships.4.
