Programme Manager/Project Leader - Professional Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:Registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS).Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.Familiarity with JBCC and/or NEC contracts.Experience working on government health projects and understanding of the 7 construction stages.Strong command of English, both spoken and written.Proficient in MS Office suite.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the professional team on construction projects.Conduct Quantity Surveying reviews, including payment certificates, invoice approvals, and report evaluations.Ensure project milestones are met by managing timelines, budgets, and team coordination.Liaise with stakeholders, including government departments and other consultants, to ensure compliance and project success.Attend monthly site/technical meetings and report project status.
