Requirements:

Must be Professionally Registered
A Degree in the Built Environment (a post-graduate degree would be desirable)
A minimum of 10 years experience in public sector infrastructure deliver planning and management
Experience in financial analysis and project life cycle costing
Professional English Language Skills & Business Writing Skills
MS Office Suite including Excel, Visio, and Projects: Highly proficient
