Brief descriptionThe position of Programme Coordinator consists of assisting the Operations Manager with all tasks to ensure timeous accreditation (new and extension) at all accreditation bodies as prescribed by ILS/ISS Management. Coordination of all functions to ensure overall coordination in the training environment. Single point of contact with training bodies and client meetings/requirements.TasksAssist with defining minimum requirements at any department (example labour, education, transport, etc.) to ensure minimum requirements are met for full accreditation as per ILS/ISS Management request (company strategic plan).Timeous extension of time and/or re-accreditation as prescribed by different accreditation bodies.Ensure all documents for audit purposes by any training body and/or state department are easily accessible at any point in time.Coordinate any related requirements between different stakeholders.File and maintain records.Perform adhoc requirements as per ILS/ISS requirements, including ongoing quality assurance of all examiners' and moderators' work, ensuring alignment with the assessment policies.Liaise with all relevant regulatory bodies to ensure all requirements for accreditation are met and new demands in the market are analyzed, with new accreditation requests developed and implemented.Overall quality assurance of the work experience module, keeping education policies updated and staying abreast of developments in the education field.Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance in the training environment.Prepare reports as per ILS Operations Manager's request.Qualifications And RequirementsPreferably experience in a training management environment.Experience as a Programme Coordinator in a medium to corporate business.Knowledge of training processes and functions.Strong analytical ability.Problem-solving aptitude.High level of administrative accuracy.Presentable and professional in working with any level of people.Competencies (in order of importance)Communication.Excellent communication (verbal and written).Integrity; job requires being honest and ethical.Proactive in finding solutions to any business changes in the economy, internal or in the ISG group.Self-Control; job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in challenging situations.Highly organized; able to prioritize, delegate, and follow up on completed tasks.Lines of CommunicationReport to the Operations Manager, ILS.Working ConditionsFull-time Monday to Friday and weekends in emergency circumstances.Desired SkillsCommunication.Programme Coordination.Programme Office Management.Project Support Administration.Desired Work Experience1 to 2 years as a Team Leader & Supervisor.Desired Qualification LevelGrade 12 / Matric.
