Our business goal is to be the world leader in international travel, adventure and discovery.We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:Program Services CoordinatorLocation: South Africa, Cape TownThe successful candidate will be responsible for the Program Services Manager and Trip Leaders with administrative support in delivering our Southern Africa programs.Job Description:Preparation of all pre-trip documents for the trip leaders and supporting trip leaders with logistical arrangements.Requesting and reconciling all tour finances for trip leaders.Maintaining supporting documents for trip leaders, travelers and the website.Supporting trip leaders with vendor bookings and queries. Providing vendor reports and supporting the Program Services Manager with managing vendor relationships.Reviewing and reporting on post trip surveys and supporting Program Services Manager with product reports. Supporting the operations team with flight or travel arrangements for trip leaders and associates. Providing on tour support for emergencies or incidents and rotation of the after-hours emergency contact phone. Communication of schedules, trip status reports and finance reconciliations with trip leaders. Managing allocations, trip leader profiles and trip information on our reservations system.
