This includes both shortand long-term horizons.
Make trade-offs by considering the larger picture (e.g., customer experience, financial goals, compliance, legal, brand, public relations, process workflow dependencies, metrics, quality, efficiency, etc.).
Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements; Set up performance management mechanisms and track the partner performance on a day to day basis; Influence and negotiates resources and priorities Write reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions, creating solutions from scratch for short and long term Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree Senior program or project management experience Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy, definition and end to end product delivery PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience leading process improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Administrative / Management  jobs
