This role will act as the Program Manager for the Continue Education team for AWS Trust and Safety. You will work with people that are smart, passionate about cloud computing, and who believe world class support services are critical to customer success.Key job responsibilitiesAs a Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to understand business needs as they pertain to the new hire, analyze curriculum for training gaps, and work directly with other Program Managers and Curriculum Developers to continuously improve the continued education within AWS Trust and Safety.
