Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to lead our Fees and Pricing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing and enhancing both existing and new pricing and fees processes, methodologies, and products.
Owning strategic programs and initiatives while leveraging your core analytical, product development, and project management skills to drive our strategic vision forward.

This position is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon's current flexible work guidance.
Key job responsibilities:
Lead strategic projects and initiatives that will drive our Fees and pricing program.
Develop and maintain pricing and fees rules, tenets, and frameworks to support our strategic objectives.
Build scalable, automated pricing and fees products and processes to enable further network expansion.
Conduct root cause analysis that allows us to understand the financial health of our business, and develop processes to drive these analyses at scale.
Identify opportunities to improve pricing and fees models, tools, and workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
Drive the implementation and adoption of new pricing and fees initiatives.
Report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in finance, engineering, statistics or related technical or quantitative field.
Program or project management experience.
Advanced Excel knowledge and basic SQL.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Process improvements experience.
Experience with Fees and/or pricing.
