The Program Operational Excellence Manager will lead a team in one of the Marketplace fulfillment programs expansion in Mexico.
The job requires someone who has a larger picture of customer and seller experience in mind and a high willingness to take ownership.
You will be responsible for ensuring a world-class Seller experience in one of Amazon's fastest growing business and highest impact initiatives.
You will work with internal areas such as Operations, Transportation, Legal, Sales and Seller Support, and a variety of internal and external partners to ensure the smooth growth and long-term sustainability of the business.
The right candidate will possess a strong bias for action to proactively pursue program objectives and analytical mindset for finding root cause and proposing solutions as well as good people management skills in order to contribute to be the world's best employer.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
Key job responsibilitiesTo succeed as Program Manager you need to:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree5+ years of program or project management experience5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.
)Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
