Reference: CPT000553-MJ-1Leading services company in the hygiene industry is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support their busy and successful team.R20 000 CTC pm | DBN (full time office based) | Start ASAP | PermDuties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Process journalsAudit branches and their controls and attending stock takes – Travel can be one – two times a month to various branches in KZN – Richards Bay and New Castle are overnight stays which is rotated in every month with other staff. Other branches are day trips.Maintain Asset RegistersPerforming of GL reconciliations and bank reconciliationsPreparing monthly reconciliation fileAssist the accountant and financial managersReview and sign off on creditor recons file for paymentFor our strat sessions, if bookkeepers are also involved, travel to the berg for overnight stays and activities.Requirements:Education: Grade 12Qualification: Accounting QualificationExperience: 2-3 years in a similar roleOwn vehiclePackage & RemunerationR20 000 CTC pm
