In this role, you are the central leader across the end-to-end promotions process. You are responsible for defining and prioritizing roadmaps, delivering cohesive value-driven CX plans through multiple cross-functional teams, and leveraging stakeholders to measurably improve promotion quality and efficiency. This role is highly visible and directly responsible for influencing many levels of leadership across product, finance, vendor management, operations, and tech teams.The ideal candidate has a strong customer experience background, intuition, business and product sense combined with a solid understanding of technical concepts and prioritization. You must also be passionate about building and iterating indirectly through cross-functional teams.
