Job Description:The Program Manager works under the supervision of a senior manager in the business and works closely with a variety of stakeholders, including business, vendors, professional bodies and contractors. They are the central point of contract and escalation for all professional services issues within the Program. They typically operate across business domains, business units, geographies and technologies.The main daily responsibility of the Program Manager is the management of multiple related projects, which are directed toward a common objective. They ensure that business expectations are aligned with the agreed scope and deliverables of the program of works, and actively promote the value-add of governance and delivery management using the PDC (Project Delivery Centre) methodology framework.
