Your opportunity:
The Office of the Registrar and Academic Services provides timely, high-quality, accurate and efficient information and service to all Rotman masters and diploma level program students, faculty, Academic Program Directors, Managing Directors and the Dean's Office. Responsible for the management of all processes to move students through their academic program, the Office espouses the values of the Rotman culture, provides an inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and visitors and ensures access to resources and support for timely graduation.
The Program Coordinator, Registrarial Services is a member of the Registrarial Services team and oversees the processing and administration of student records for approximately 1300 registered students in the masters and diploma level programs.
Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the data collection and analysis processesAnalyzing collections, records and/or reference administration processes and recommending improvementsImplementing plans and process improvements for records administration activitiesImplementing plans and process improvements for registration and enrollment activitiesAnalyzing course enrollment and waitlisted numbers and recommending alternatives to course availability, offerings, schedulingAdvising students on program and/or course requirementsPlanning and overseeing operational workflow for enrollment and graduation cyclesOrganizing, summarizing and circulating program/and or course evaluationsEssential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.Minimum four years relevant experience in an academic environment preferably registrarial services; Experience in records management and student registration systems is required.Experience developing and maintaining statistical data and reports.Experience advising students with relevant academic guidelines and procedures.Highly accurate data entry and records management skillsHigh proficiency with MS Excel and WordHigh proficiency in ROSI with an ability to interface with other software for the purpose of downloading data and formatting reports in Excel.Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.Ability to deal effectively, professionally and personably with a multi-cultural, international and diverse pool of students, applicants, faculty and staff.Strong communication skills, both written and oral; strong organizational and time management skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and work well under pressure.Assets (Nonessential): Knowledge of SGS policies and practice an asset.Knowledge of Azure & Power BI a definite asset.Knowledge of Rotman graduate programs an asset.Previous experience using University of Toronto computer systems a definite asset.To be successful in this role you will be: AdaptableApproachableProceduralResourcefulTeam playerClosing Date: 08/29/2024, 11:59PM ET

Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone: USW Pay Band 12 -- $79,874. with an annual step progression to a maximum of $102,147.
