Active participation in the postgraduate research methodology workshops.Academic leadership, management and administrationInvolvement in administration and management responsibilities. Participation in leadership roles within the faculty, membership in faculty committees as and when required, administration and service to the university by serving on institutional structures. Active participation in attending Faculty research initiatives such as writing retreats. Mentor to emerging and established scholars.Social responsiveness and industry involvementSharing of expertise and service to the scientific community. Involvement in community engagement and social cohesion, including media commentary, serving on review structures inside and outside the faculty/university, promotion of the university image and internationalization.Personal research, innovation and/or creative outputsConducting own research which fits into the faculty's focus areas. Creative research output in accordance with the level of appointment.
