Professional Structural Engineer (Pr Eng OR Pr Tech) Secunda Consulting Civil engineering company. The company has extensive knowledge and experience in large-scale industrial projects for Mining and Petrochemical plants.
Projects are rendered on EPCM basis.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: BSc/BEng/BTech (Civil Engineering) ECSA Registration Minimum 8 years working experience in engineering and design of concrete and streel structures.
Previous working experience in engineering development, design and construction of a range of projects in industrial plants.
(Oil&gas, chemical, mining and power plants) Solid knowledge of software (Bentley Microstation and or AutoCAD 3D, Prokon and Revit.
Valid driverâs license.
Responsibilities: Define and understand specific project scope and deliverables.
Functioning as part of a project team.
Coordinate and manage the structural engineering design team.
Plan and manage the engineering aspects of projects Prepare contract administration documentation based on NEC3/NEC4 Detailed structural analysis and design for both reinforced concrete and structural steel-type structure Review, update and modify drawings.
Technical support during construction.
