Professional Structural Engineer (Pr Eng OR Pr Tech)
Secunda Consulting is a civil engineering company with extensive knowledge and experience in large-scale industrial projects for mining and petrochemical plants. Projects are rendered on an EPCM basis.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

BSc/BEng/BTech (Civil Engineering)
ECSA Registration
Minimum 8 years working experience in engineering and design of concrete and steel structures
Previous experience in engineering development, design, and construction of projects in industrial plants (Oil&Gas, chemical, mining, and power plants)
Solid knowledge of software (Bentley Microstation and/or AutoCAD 3D, Prokon, and Revit)
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

Define and understand specific project scope and deliverables
Function as part of a project team
Coordinate and manage the structural engineering design team
Plan and manage the engineering aspects of projects
Prepare contract administration documentation based on NEC3/NEC4
Conduct detailed structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete and structural steel-type structures
Review, update, and modify drawings
Provide technical support during construction
