Professional Quantity Surveying

Ensure that cashflow and programs are adhered to
Liaising with WCGDoI QS Department and meeting the deadlines set out by WCGDoI
Managing the cash flow of the Management Programme
Professional reviews on Stage QS reports
Reviewing final accounts, tender documents, contractors invoice packs, payment certificates, and other relevant documentation
Filing all documentation correctly
Updating the server daily
Procurement management
Contractor appointment and performance management
Managing contracts (JBCC and NEC)
Invoice reviewing
Reviewing and draughting of cashflow and programs

Skills & Experience:
Experience within a professional QS Consulting firm
In-depth experience with contracts (JBCC and NEC) admin and financial administration
Advantageous: Experience in Project management
Minimum of 5 years of experience

Qualification:
Degree in Quantity Surveying
Registered with the SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor
