You will be responsible for Implementing reviews and evaluations processes

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

Contract Management:

•Drafting of documents such as Promotional Material, Roadmaps, Frameworks, Business Plans, Standard Operating Procedures and Review Reports.

•End-to-end grant administration activities for programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

•Leading the end-to-end workflow processes and quality assurance for project implementation.

•Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with national, regional and global stakeholders that can advance the work of the organisation as collaborators, funders, advisors and reviewers.

•Planning and organising stakeholder engagement meetings, workshops, conferences, institutional visits, scientific events and launches.

•Financial administration, reporting and monitoring.

•Contract administration.

•Establishing, updating and maintaining databases.

•Document management.

•Undertaking qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analytics.,

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

•An Honours degree or equivalent qualification (NQF 8).

•A master's degree (NQF 9) with proven research experience will be an added advantage and is preferred.

•Minimum of 3 years post-honors work experience in a research and development environment.

•Experience of administrating research and/or innovation support activities.

•Knowledge of the South African Higher Education System.

•Knowledge of the National System of Innovation.

•Knowledge of frameworks and best practices for monitoring and evaluation of research.
