Evaluation of Technical Tenders including examination of technical documentation, technical drawings and test certification.2. Equipment Tender contract management including managing and co-ordinating technical details of tender contracts for electrical distribution substation equipment.3. Initiation and overall coordination of electricity distribution substation equipment training programme.4. Monitoring electricity distribution substation equipment performance and conducting technical investigations into equipment failures.5. Supporting Equipment Standards Specialist in management of Equipment Standards Section.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:1. B Eng or B Sc degree in Electrical Engineering or B Tech degree in Electrical Engineering (from an approved ECSA accredited institution).2. Must achieve professional registration with ECSA within three (3) years of appointment.3. Minimum of 5 years post graduate technical and managerial experience with extensive exposure to electrical distribution equipment.4.
