I am writing this letter to formally raise a grievance regarding Regan personally I feel attacked and that I am being treated unfairly, Regan has on multiple occasions tried to discriminate me, tarnish my name, and falsely accuse me of things.I have attempted to resolve this issue informally with Cathy, but have not received a satisfactory resolution to the problem. Therefore I am making this formal complaint in accordance with Mariner's Wharf Policy.This situation has impacted me emotionally and has caused distress to myself and work performance. I feel victimize and poorly treated. I have conducted myself in a professional manner and even tried to have a mediation between myself and Regan but as I was told he is not interested in addressing this particular issue.I believe that this issue is a violation of harassment, False reporting, threatening and dominating an employee and employee misclassification, and it has caused me undue stress and discomfort . Therefore, I request that a mediation between myself and Regan should be conducted.I hope we can resolve this issue amicably and promptly.
