Professional Mechanical Engineer

We have an amazing opportunity for a Professional Mechanical Engineer based in Pretoria, Gauteng Industry: Mechanical Engineering and Building Services Level: Senior Key Requirements: BEng or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5 years' relevant experience in the built environment (e.g., hospitals, clinics, commercial buildings, offices, workshops, stores). Registered as a Professional Engineer. Extensive experience in large projects covering divisional requirements. Knowledge of National Building Regulations and standards applicable to health facilities and systems. Familiarity with systems and mechanical equipment in health environments, including HVAC & R, vertical transportation, building wet services, fire protection and smoke ventilation, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, medical gas designs, vacuum & compressed air systems, and related systems. Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and project management capabilities. Ability to compile comprehensive reports and proposals. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Products, and the HAP HVAC design modelling program is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to project completion.
