Building services designs on various mechanical building services
Project Management
Compile Project Proposals and Reports
Preparation of Project Documentation
Financial Control and Staff Management

Qualifications:

BEng or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Professional ECSA registered

Experience:

5+ years experience as a Mechanical Engineer after registration within the built environment
Experience working on large scale projects with systems focused on HVAC & R, Vertical Transportation, Building Wet Services, Fire Protection and Smoke Ventilation, Kitchen Equipment, Medical Gas Designs for Clinics, Hospitals and Commercial Buildings
Experience with relevant Building Regulations and Standards
