Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years building services experience (HVAC, Fire, Wet services, and rational fire) preferably from within a consulting engineering environment.
Working knowledge of Revit 3D / BIM models and AutoCAD software is essential.
Attend site and project meetings.
Manage own projects.
Own vehicle.
