Professional Civil Project Engineer (Nc)

Key Responsibilities:
Form part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team. Design and review of Civil Engineering projects (water, sanitation, roads, storm water, building structures, etc.). Overall contract and project management including interaction with clients, contractors and quality control on site.
Key Requirements:

Education: Minimum B-Tech / B Eng. / BSc Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering.
Registration: Candidate must be Professionally registered with ECSA or must qualify as PROFESSIONAL to register with ECSA within the foreseeable future.
Experience: Minimum 4-6+ years practical experience in:

Design of infrastructure and bulk services.
Contract management.
Quality monitoring.
Project management.


Skills: Sound knowledge of design software AutoCAD 3D or similar.
Communication: Good communication skills and must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English and Afrikaans.
Relocation: Willing to relocate to Springbok, Northern Cape (the company will assist with cost and relocation challenges).

Package & Remuneration:
Market related. Exciting career opportunity on a 12-month fixed term contract and will be project based. Possible extension of contract, or permanent appointment depending on candidate performance and company culture fit.
