I have some clients in the Food Industry who are looking for Packaging Development Managers. One position is in the Durban region and two are in Gauteng.
Looking for someone with at least 10 years experience working for a Food Manufacturer doing packaging development. You will be leading a team responsible for optimising existing packaging and being intricately involved in new packaging ideas and product launches. Seeking someone who understands the structure of packaging, pallet configuration and who is innovative. Production trials will be conducted for new launches and line extensions. You will oversee the following: Development & Design, Innovation, Optimisation, Compliance, as well as offer Technical support and be responsible for Troubleshooting. A systematic and methodical person with existing relationships with Packaging Manufacturers is preferred.
Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification AND an IPSA Packaging Diploma.
Package: R840k per annum plus benefits.
