REQUIREMENTS:Valid SACAP registrationA minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management.Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as:AutoDesk Suite (AutoCAD and Revit)Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)Rendering Software (Twinmotion, Navisworks and Lumion)Microsoft SuiteStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Experience in leading large architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.A creative and innovative approach to design, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.Experience with Local Authority submissions.REMUNERATION:R45,000.00 R65,000.00 p/m CTC
