Responsibilities Oversee on-site project management and coordination.
Ensure project compliance with contractual obligations, particularly JBCC and FIDIC standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and requirements.
Produce high-quality architectural designs and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Revit / BDS, and Lumion.
Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CorelDraw for project documentation and presentations.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, contractors, and team members in both English and Xhosa.
Requirements Education: A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
or equivalent is typically required for architects.
Professional Registration: Valid SACAP Professional Registration.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of on-site experience and familiarity with building contracts (JBCC & FIDIC).
Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit / BDS, Lumion, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CorelDraw.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Xhosa.
Attention to Detail: Methodical and accurate, with a focus on quality and precision.
Initiative: Able to take initiative and make decisions as required.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team and support project goals.
Project Management: Strong understanding of site coordination, timelines, and building contracts.
