Novo Fruit Packers, a fruit packing & cooling facility situated in Paarl, has the above position available for a knowledgeable, reliable, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills and strong technical/mechanical aptitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):optimal setup of production lineaccurate execution of sorting instructionsacting in team leader capacityquality and output managementmeasurement and recordkeeping of outputsmaintenance of food safety systems (HACCP & BRC)basic maintenance of machineryall other tasks related to the position.Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:Matric required; a relevant tertiary qualification in a technical field will be a distinct advantage;Experience in the fruit industry, or in an automated production environment will be advantageous;Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);Own reliable transport;Willingness to work hours as per industry seasonal requirements.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 8 December 2022.
