Production Team Leader

Our client, a leading food and beverage manufacturer, is seeking a qualified engineer to join their team in the role of Production Team Leader.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in a production facility who is looking to take on a leadership role and further develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree.
1-2 years of experience in a production facility, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Familiarity with food and beverage manufacturing processes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
