Responsibilities
A Production Support Analyst is responsible for maintaining and supporting production systems, ensuring their smooth operation, and resolving any issues that arise. This role involves working closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to provide technical support and improve system performance.
Are you someone who can:

Monitor production systems, identify issues, and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications and systems, including basic troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Perform regular system health checks, apply patches, and manage system configurations.
Develop and implement scripts to automate routine system health checks and maintenance tasks.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Work with development teams to understand new features and changes, ensuring smooth deployment and support.

Qualifications
You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0 - 2 years of experience in production support or a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell), and knowledge of ITIL processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
