ResponsibilitiesLead operational excellence: You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our production line operates seamlessly, meeting and exceeding daily targets to fulfill weekly production schedules. Your keen eye for detail will guarantee the highest standards of output, quality, and efficiency.Drive continuous improvement: We believe in constantly evolving and optimizing our processes. As a Production Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to identify areas for enhancement and implement innovative solutions, contributing to our ongoing success and growth.Empowerment through training: Your role extends beyond supervising operations; you'll also be instrumental in nurturing talent within our team.
