Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are met at all times.Implement team KPI's that are aligned to the departmental plan.Supervise and direct the Production teams.Ensure relevant and cost effective Production team actions.Foster and maintain customer and supplier relations.Deliver weekly and monthly team reports.Ensure compliance with isolation and de-isolation procedures.Communicate the production schedule to teams.Your profile:Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management).National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or relevant Engineering discipline.National Diploma in Pulp & Paper would be advantageous.5 years experience in a heavy industry environment.1 – 2 Years Leadership experience would be advantageous.Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry and relevant equipment advantageous.Our offer:Duration: Permanent.Get in touch:We strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
