Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the Welding, Sheetmetal, and Powder coating facility.Implement and refine production processes to boost efficiency and productivity.Lead and motivate production staff, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality.Manage resources, raw materials, and consumables for optimal workflow.Report weekly to senior management on job progress and address issues proactively.Enforce stringent quality control and safety standards.Requirements:Matric certificate.Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.Expertise in Sheetmetal and Welding.Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.Computer literate with a valid driver's license.What We Offer:A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to make a significant impact in a leading company.
