Production Supervisor

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor / Team Leader. This role will be based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the Welding, Sheetmetal, and Powder coating facility.Implement and refine production processes to boost efficiency and productivity.Lead and motivate production staff, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality.Manage resources, raw materials, and consumables for optimal workflow.Report weekly to senior management on job progress and address issues proactively.Enforce stringent quality control and safety standards.Requirements:Matric certificate.Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.Expertise in Sheetmetal and Welding.Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.Computer literate with a valid driver's license.To apply, please send your CV with your salary expectations to ****** note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
