Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the Welding, Sheetmetal, and Powder coating facility.Implement and refine production processes to boost efficiency and productivity.Lead and motivate production staff, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality.Manage resources, raw materials, and consumables for optimal workflow.Report weekly to senior management on job progress and address issues proactively.Enforce stringent quality control and safety standards.Requirements:Matric certificate.Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.Expertise in Sheetmetal and Welding.Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.Computer literate with a valid drivers license.
