The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing and a proven track record of leading a team to meet production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that production targets are met on time and within budget.Coordinate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth production processes.Train, develop, and mentor production staff to ensure they are performing at their highest potential.Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.RequirementsBachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in a production supervisor role in the food manufacturing industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Salary: negotiable.
