Our client in the commercial fishing industry is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their teamDuties and ResponsibilitiesThe Production Supervisor guarantees that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflow.The supervisor will be multi-skilled, capable to work in different processing areas/lines and adapt to different processes.Products and processes will change over the time; therefore, the supervisor must be able to adjust to the new environments quickly.Be able to control and manage the different areas inside the productionMinimum Requirements:Grade 12Minimum 1-2 years' Supervisory ExperienceSupervisory Certificate or Supervisory Skills Programme - AdvantageousMinimum 3-5 years' experience within a production manufacturing or processing in cold production environmentKnowledge of production processesKnowledge of food safety and related industry legislationKnowledge of efficiency best practicesKnowledge of Labour legislation (BCEA & LRA)CV to be sent to ****** note if you have not received feedback within 2 weeks, consider your application unsuccessful  Communication skills in EnglishGood knowledge of Mathematics, especially for understanding and measuring the different KPI (hourly production, inputs, yields, activity etc.
