PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR with LASER CUTTER experience* Minimum 3 Years' experience in the Manufacturing Industry* Provide Leadership & Management to the Production Team* Monitor Production Quality & Implement corrective actions* Supervise Employees in the Manufacturing environment* Manage Human Capital, including Absenteeism/Disciplinary   Matters* Process Incident/Accident Reports* Ensure that Staff in line with work according to Production9* Ensure Staff's Quality of work meets Specifications* Responsible for the Quality & Accuracy of his/her work* Troubleshoot Problems during Machine Operation* Perform Random Tests to ensure accuracy* Safety Checks on Every Machine* Handle Materials - within the Shop & Outdoors as required* Clean Criminal record - will be verified
