Production Process EngineerWe seek an exceptional and passionate Production Process Engineer to join a dynamic Automation team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentifying bottlenecks throughout the procurement and production processes, proposing solutions and updating formal process documents and guides;Optimising the production process to minimise delays, waste and cost;Implementing formal processes in our ERP as well as guiding lower level development (e.g. through the SDS Team);Optimising stock levels based on sales forecasts;Store organisation and optimisation;Actively maintaining the production plan, identifying the critical paths, continuous re-risking and minimisation of the critical path, communication and feedback to production, procurement, development and management as required;Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.Required Skills and Experience:Industry experience in an electromechanical production environment;Familiarity with an industry-standard ERP, ideally Odoo.Recommended Skills and Experience:2-3 years' experience in an electronic assembly production environment;Familiarity with Python.General Skills:Ability to learn fast and absorb new information quickly;Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate on large projects;Ability to work independently;Strong problem-solving skills;High standard of communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
