The position involves identifying and resolving challenges such as shifting market demands, resource constraints, and blending limitations while maintaining optimal stock levels and compliance with standards.Key ActivitiesProduction PlanningDevelop and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient operations in blending and filling.Align production schedules with stakeholders (Production, Quality, Inbound Material Planner, Dispatch teams).Attend daily production meetings to review performance and address production target issues.Monitor and report production planning activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure SAP systems (PP Module) and MRP Master Data are updated accurately and on time.Manage and coordinate 3rd-party fillers/subcontractors.Working Capital ManagementConduct monthly stock counts and reconciliations per TotalEnergies' business rules.Optimize stock management for raw materials, packaging, and finished products.Reduce working capital usage through effective MRP tool management without compromising customer service.HSEQ ComplianceMinimize HSE risks within the scope of responsibility by ensuring:Compliance with HSE policies, rules, and legal requirements.Promotion of safe working environments and contribution to HSE KPIs.Enforcement of HSE competency requirements.GovernanceEnsure effective risk management and internal control, including asset management.Support cross-functional integration for process-related issues in MM and PP business streams.Provide relief support for Planning Manager, Lubricants Dispatcher, and Assistant Planner as needed.Requirements Candidate ProfileQualificationsTertiary qualification in Production Planning, Stock Management, Production Management, or equivalent (M+3).Post-graduate qualification in business or SAP PP Certification (advantageous).Experience3 to 5 years of experience in a production environment within the petroleum or chemical industry.Strong knowledge of ERP manufacturing systems (e.g., MPS/MRP/BOMs/Routing).Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation.Familiarity with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.Ability to work in an unpredictable environment with minimal forecasting and seasonal changes.How to ApplyClick HERE to ApplyAdditional InformationTotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth, and offers equal opportunity careers.
